Kiwi comedy icon Raybon Kan rockets back on stage with RAYBONANZA, marking a milestone 31 years in comedy.
RAYBONANZA melts down his finest comedy gold into a high-octane Molotov cocktail of laughs.
The award-winning comic took an unlikely path, from lawyer to columnist, to meteoric seasons in the NZ Comedy Fest and quotable TV Galas.
Voted Best Comedian by Metro Magazine and North & South, he’s appeared at Melbourne, Edinburgh, and Just for Laughs in Montreal.
As a writer, his credits include the bestselling book An Asian at my Table, and the sitcom Wellington Paranormal. The NZ Comedy Guild twice awarded him Funniest Column.
RAYBONANZA showcases Raybon’s virtuoso comedy in full voice, at home in his stand-up element.
A career-capping victory lap of belly-laughs – veering from smart and provocative to buoyant and breathtakingly silly.
“The thinking person’s comedian.” – NZ Herald
“Hilarious.” – The Listener
“Better than hilarious.” – Theatreview
